I built this site because navigating healthcare, benefits, and support systems shouldn't feel like a scavenger hunt — so I did the digging, so you don't have to. Starting an Executive Function Journey with Me
I'm now offering executive function support, one-on-one sessions to help you build systems, structure, and momentum around the stuff that feels impossible to start (or finish). This work is priced on a sliding scale: $0.50, $1.00, or $1.50 per minute, whatever fits your ability to pay. No one is turned away for not having enough, and no one is asked to prove anything. You just pick what's honest for you.
On-Demand Subscription (Additional, Not a Replacement)
Prefer ongoing support instead of booking one session at a time? A monthly subscription is available for consistent, on-demand access between our scheduled sessions. This subscription is an additional service, not a substitute for 1:1 sessions — it's meant to fill the gaps between meetings, not replace the meetings themselves.
Subscriptions are offered on the same sliding scale philosophy, based on your ability to pay:
- $20/month — unlimited async communication, access to tools & materials, plus 1 crisis session per month
- $40/month — unlimited async communication, access to tools & materials, plus 2 crisis sessions per month
- $60/month — unlimited async communication, access to tools & materials, plus 3 crisis sessions per month
Crisis sessions are capped at 30 minutes each. If more support is needed beyond that window, I'll continue helping asynchronously off the call as I'm able.
All payments are submitted via Ko-fi (linked at the top right of every page on this site). Please complete payment before our scheduled time together.
